This is an opportunity to study with Troy personally in any aspect that you need.  Whether you are an absolute beginner, an experienced practitioner, or even a teacher yourself. Troy will reach our to schedule an introductory call to understand your needs before scheduling your private session

This sessions can include everything from asana practice, posture clinics, and workshops to philosophy, life-coaching, sequencing, anatomy, and teacher mentorship.

Scheduling is flexible and sessions can be rescheduled once given 24 hours’ notice.
